At Booked and Bound Limited, we take great care in quality checking and securely packaging your book box orders. However, we understand that occasionally, items may arrive in imperfect condition due to factors beyond our control during transit.

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our book selections, we are unable to offer replacements. All sales are final, and Booked and Bound Limited does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept that you are buying at your own risk.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete address information are ineligible for replacement or reshipment.
